Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club is a gated community north of Tampa. It is located in a quiet rural area that is approximately 30 minutes north of Tampa. It is easy to find by driving north on Highway 75 to Highway 52. The community is for adults who are over 22 years of age. The property is brand new. It is spotlessly clean with white kitchen cabinets and an eat in kitchen overlooking the golf course. It has tile floors throughout with the exception of the bedrooms and the den.
There are two seperate bedrooms each having its own bath. The master bedroom is larger and has its own ensuite. The master bedroom and lanai offer the view of the golf course. Within the gated community there is every kind of activity that anyone would want. There is a large beautiful pool. There are tennis courts and golf. In addition, there is a work out room, billiards, cards, crafts, dancing, and even a restaurant available. A car would be necessary to get to shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies, museums, beaches, cultural events and movie theaters. Shopping is just about 15 minutes away. Orlando, with all of its theme parks is just about 90 minutes away by the highway. Busch Gardens is only about 30 minutes away. The Lowry Park Zoo and the Museum of Science and Industry are about 30 minutes away as well. There are many beaches but the closest one is located at Howard Park in the Greek fishing village of Tarpon Springs. Traveling south from there are many other beachs such as Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. There are many natural habitats close by where you can enjoy the birds and even maybe the alligators. Downtown Tampa offers fine dining as well as cultural events at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. Clearwater, Palm Harbor and the quaint little town of Dunedin offer hundreds of great restaurants. Ruth Eckert Hall is located in Clearwater for great entertainment. There are even gambling cruises that can be taken from Tarpon Springs. |
