Like most travellers we found Orlando Florida to be the best alround holiday for families. On our first trip we stayed in a hotel which at the time we thought was great. The second time we stayed in Kissimmee in a villa which we thought was better. On our third trip we discovered Davenport and it was out of this world! Needless to say we fell in love with the area and bought this luxury villa there. Davenport is much more upmarket than the other areas of Orlando (although those are great as well) and resembles Beverley Hills in style. The area is peaceful, colourful and kept immaculately clean. The lakes are close and extremely scenic. The area is so tranquil it is hard to believe that the gates of Disney are only a 10 minute drive away and the hustle and bustle of International Drive is only a 15 minute drive. As soon as you come off the I4 through "champions Gate" you will understand what I mean when I say "upmarket". Lake Davenport Estates is one of the most premier communities in the area and nestles alongside the beautiful lake Davenport to which guests have easy access. Guests also benefit from the resort style facilities which include a large swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball and a playground.
The Magic Kingdom is so close you could relax back at the villa for a couple of hours and then nip back in the evening to watch the parade and magical firework show. The home is also central to all the other major parks including Blizzard Beach and Epcot. All in all this luxury villa willl provide a peaceful sanctuary from a hectic day at the parks and will provide and excellent base from which to sample the delights of Disney. Enjoy!!!!

As soon as you pull up onto the drive you will know this villa is special. As this is our second home we aim to keep it that way. The colourful landscaping is the best I've seen and provides a tropical screen around the home. Occupying a large corner plot the home covers 2 storeys and is extremely spacious. Stained glass panelled doors, high vaulted ceilings and oversized windows help to make the living areas light and airy. The home has a separate dining room which few villas have in Orlando. The elegant furnishings complement the overall design and all utensils are provided. There are 2 tv's for added enjoyment and guests have use of the telephone provided. Property managers are available 24 hours should they be needed.

If you were to go to Orlando for a month it would still be a challenge to fit everything in!
The villa is ideally located to get to the major attractions and so reducing valuable travelling time. Below are the parks that I consider a must. There is only 1 park that is a bit of a trek and that is Busch Gardens. It takes about 50 minutes from the villa but it is a great day out.

p.s eat at Sizzlers, they offer great food, as much as you like and are really cheap.
