The area is currently going through a revilaliztion sponsored by the City of Quito and Fonsal (the development department for historical areas of the United Nations). Colonial Quito is the largest Colonial area in Latin American and the city is improving the once neglected historica nieghhorhoods. This house is located in the area called San Blas and is on the outer limits of Colonial Quito. The house is near the central market, Plaza Sucre and only a 10 minute walk to all the tourist sites of the historical center.

The house is only around 100 years old but was designed in the colonial style with courtyards, patios, fountains, and servants quarters. The house has been recently updated and is very secure. This portion of the house is surrounded by the main house on the property which is occupied by a nice Ecuadorian family. The property is very popular with visitors that want to lean Spanish from one of our instructors and have the opportunity to experience the local culture.

Our goal is to provide all the services common to a typical hotel. You can pay online with a credit card, pick you up at the airport, we will check you in upon arrival, provide you with maid and laundry service, a cook, and even a valet or driver. We offer in-home Spanish language courses at this home.
