Accommodation: There are 2 twin bed rooms both en-suite and there is a cot. This gives room for up to 5 people: 4 adults and a child/baby.

Food provisions for the first nights dinner and breakfast are supplied as instructed at guest's cost. Cook available according to guest's requirements.

Rental rates are exclusive of electricity charges if the air conditioners are used. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only.There is a £70 discount per week for rentals to two persons except for the period 4th September to 20th November.

Electricity for Villa is additional to rental if Air Conditioning connected. Meter read on first and last days of tenancy and any balance of deposit paid for estimated use of Air Conditioning is refundable on last day of Tenancy.
