The stone house is located on the green country of the hills in the Marche. It's on 2 floors: the bedrooms are on the 1st and the 2nd floor, while on the groundfloor there is a wide hall (80 square metres) with kitchen and chimney; there are tables and chairs for 20 people. In the hall it is possible seeing equipments of the country civilization of the first half of XIX century. Outside there is a wide garden with plantations of fruits and olive-yard.
It is possible making walks along the river Salino and visiting the wells of salted water and the springs of sulphureous water. In 500 metres you can use (by free) the pool.
There are marks of ancient civilizations (romans, longobards...). In few kilometres you can reach ancient villages where works of art by Carlo e Vittore Crivelli are preserved.
The wide view includes the Sibillini mountains and the landscape until the sea.
