RULES
EARLY CHECK IN - If your arrival falls before our standard check in time of 3pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day earlier to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation at the time you would like. We will accommodate early check in at no cost after 10am on your day of arrival, providing there is not already someone staying in the property, who is departing on the same day. We can accept your luggage at our office if you do not wish to pay for an extra night and will drop it at your chosen accommodation as soon as it is available.
LATE CHECK OUT - If your departure falls outside of our standard check out time of 12pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day over to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation up to the time that you wish to leave. We will accommodate late check out at no cost up to 4pm on your day of departure, providing there is not someone arriving to stay in the property on the same day. We can accept your luggage at our office if you do not wish to pay for an extra night where it can be collected later or we will bring it with us if we are taking you to the airport.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT - We DO NOT require payment of this deposit before you arrive. We will take a manual swipe of your credit card when you check in and will hold an open authorisation for up to 7 days after you leave. We will only use this authorisation to claim for charges representing any damage or loss suffered to our property during your stay. An invoice will be presented to you if we need to make any charges to your credit card.

A brand new fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom apartment in the Marina Diamond 1 building, situated in the popular Dubai Marina district off Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai Marina is one of the most exquisite and sought after locations in the Middle East.
LOUNGE / DINING AREA - This property has a combined lounge and dining area that easily accomodates up to 6 people. There is a 26" LCD TV. DVD Player also for playing music CD's, Cable TV with 50+ channels, 2 large sofa beds, a 6 seater dining table and there is a balcony overlooking the marina.
BEDROOMS- - We only use hotel grade beds and bed linen to ensure you get a good sleep.
Bedroom 1 - Kingsize Bed sleeps 2 persons (ensuite)
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds sleeps 2 persons can be combined with an over mattress to a double bed.
Lounge - 2 x Sofa Beds sleeps 2 persons
A cot is also available on request.
Bed Linen is provided and changed regularly by our own maid service.
WORKSTATION - A fully featured PC with complimentary 24/7 high speed internet connection and also a webcam and headset for VOIP communication is provided. Additional facilities such as Wi-Fi, fax, scanning, printing facilities are all available free of charge on request.
KITCHEN - There is a fully equipped Kitchen at this apartment . Facilities include a gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, drinking water cooler with free first fill, toaster, kettle, all cutlery and dishes.

GROCERY STARTER PACK - We have put together a basic starter pack of groceries so you do not need to rush to the local supermarket as soon as you arrive. The cost is automatically added to your reservation please see the extras section at the bottom of this page. If you have any special requests please let us know when you make your booking.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - Maid service twice a week is included and there is also on-site security.
