On the day that we first viewed this chalet, a kid goat had just been born in the kitchen! The Bulgarian name for a new born goat is "Kozle"!

"Kozle" is situated at the head of a valley in the sleepy village of Dospei just ten minutes drive from the international ski resort of Borovets and one hour from the capital Sofia.
Bulgaria is a wonderful country to visit and enjoys a mediteranean climate with long hot summers and short cold winter months~perfect for skiing & snowboarding.
"Kozle" is an exceptionally comfortable chalet set amongst landscaped gardens surrounded by pine forests.Just a short stroll from "Kozle" is the village square where a friendly bar or two await your custom. A couple of fairly basic provision shops are her as well.

Over looked by no one, "Kozle" is a modern detached chalet, completely re-furbished and extensively equipped to provide characterful & comfortable self catering accomodation for up to eight.

KITCHEN; Fully equipped with designer units, full function electric cooker with fan oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, juicer, blender and many other gadgets to benefit the cook! A breakfast table, glasses & cutlery for eight.

DINING ROOM; Long dining room easily accomodates eight diners in comfort.

DOWNSTAIRS TOILET; Toilet, shower facility and basin.

LOUNGE; Large modern log burning stove , three piece suite with sofa bed ( for when there are eight in the party), pouffes, tables and a hi-fi with cd player and thirty cd's from '60's, 70's, 80's, 90's to 2005! Views over the garden.

UPSTAIRS

BEDROOM 1;Bright and comfortable room with Kingsized bed, wardrobe, dressing table & side tables.

BEDROOM 2; Kingsized double bed, wardrobe & side tables.

BEDROOM 3; Twin beds, wardrobes, side tables and views over the gardens.

BATHROOM; Expensively furnished with Italian tiling, large shower, toilet & basin.

BALCONY; A fabulous place to dine or sit with a drink while soaking up the atmosphere and admiring the view. If you're lucky you may even see the resident Golden Eagle!

"Kozle" is surrounded by manicured lawns and a large sun trap of a patio. Bordered by a barn and outbuildings with a fence to the remaining perimeters, "Kozle" is a peaceful secure and tranquil place to be. the garden has vines, fruit trees, flowers, strawberry and raspberry bushes. There is a stream immediately outside of the garden that gently meanders its way to the village.
A barbeque ,netball hoop, boules and footballs are there for your entertainment as are two new mountain bikes.
There is patio furniture for the garden and another set on the balcony .
