Mount Pleasant House is a spacious 4 double bedroom property that can sleep up to 9 people. The house benefits from a rear patio ideal for summer BBQ's. Unusually the property also allows for 2 cars in its drive way!!

Based just north of Kemptown, Mount Pleasant is just 2 minutes walk from the vibrant and colourful St James' Street. St James St offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, internet cafes, supermarket and much more. You are also a five min walk from the Brighton pier, the beach, and a short walk to the three main shopping areas and theatre district of Brighton.

Parking for more than 2 cars
Pay and display bays around Brighton & Hove are approximately £1 an hour 8am ? 8pm.

Resident bays and Pay and display bays are free to park after 6pm or 8pm depending on the zone.

Day passes can be purchased for the majority of car parks from £8 a day, with some car parks offering FREE evening parking. Call Brighton & Hove Parking Information Centre on (01273) 293225.

Permit free zones include: Roads north of Eastern Rd (Kemptown), Marine Parade free bays (1/2 way between Brighton Pier and Marina). Hanover (area of Brighton).

A recent addition to Brighton?s transport system are the virtually zero emission tuc-tucs. These 2 seater rickshaws can be hailed from stops throughout Brighton & Hove. (www.tuctuc.co.uk)

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, gas cooker/hob, kettle and fridge freezer. A dining table seating 6 people is located in the open plan kitchen/diner. The living room has a TV, DVD & CD player. All 4 bedrooms house double beds, one of the rooms being a twin (2 beds). A double sofa bed is located in the lounge providing additional sleeping space. In total this property sleeps up to 9 guests. Linen & towels are provided (bring your own beach towels).

To the rear of the property you will find a private rear patio ideal for summer BBQ's.

The house is very close to the Brighton Centre so also makes it great for conference/business use.

This property offers an excellent location and base to explore Brighton. All amenities, beach and major tourist attraction are within a short walk to the house.
