Recently refurbished, this lovely little villa is situated in the beautiful Mallorcan countryside on the east coast of the island.

You can reach several beaches in five minutes, and there are 2 golf clubs only 1.5 km away. The views are beautiful and you can see the Costa dels Pins, Cala Millor and Cala Bona coast.

There are fruit trees and a little truck garden. You can also enjoy a big garden with a 10 m x 4 m swimming pool.

On the ground floor the villa has a kitchen and dining area with a seperate lounge, both leading out to covered terraces wih access to the pool. The kitchen is fitted with 4 ring electric hob, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave. A washing machine is housed in a small utility area and there is also a shower room with WC.

Upstairs, which is accessed by an outside staircase, there are 2 small twin bedrooms, one of which also has a small fitted wardrobe, plus a lounge area with television, fridge and tea making facilities. The lounge leads out onto a covered balcony overlooking the pool and excellent views of the area. There is also a shower room and WC and a seperate walk-in wardrobe area.
