LA TULLERIE is a 3 bedroom cottage with traditional, French farmhouse style in spacious grounds off a quiet lane near Brecey. It has an open plan, oak beamed living/dining area with a large fireplace, wood burning stove, tiled floor and central heating.

The living room is equipped with a video, DVD and CD player. It is furnished comfortably with sofa and armchairs.

The kitchen/dining area has seating for 6 and has modern, white kitchen units with an integral oven. Fully equipped with utensils, plates, cutlery and pans the kitchen also has a fridge, washing/drying machine, dish-washer and microwave oven.

The bedrooms consist of one twin bedded room (downstairs) with ensuite shower room and one double room and one twin bedded room (upstairs). All are well furnished and have views of the grounds or countryside.

The bathrooms include the ensuite shower room with WC and a separate bathroom upstairs which has a bath with shower attachment and WC.

The grounds of approx 2-3 acres are planted with many apple, apricot and plum trees and are surrounded by a fence. This makes it a very safe area for children to play. Games can be played on the grass or driveway. On the south side of the cottage there is a walled patio with sun loungers, table and chairs ? perfect for peaceful, relaxing meals. In the grounds there is also a barbecue. There is ample parking space.

Outside the grounds there are lovely walks in the nearby beech woods and country lanes. There is an open air swimming pool and tennis courts within 10 mins walk or 3 mins drive of the cottage.

Nearest large town/city: Avranches

La Tullerie is close to Brecey and an hour from Caen or St Malo. Brecey is on the intersection of the D911 and D999, between Avranches and Villedieu.
La Tullerie is situated on the D911 off the N175. Full directions are supplied with our brochure.

It can be reached by plane to St Malo, Dinard airport, only an hour away, or by ferry to St Malo or Caen.

Nearby Brecey has several small shops, bakers, supermarket, restaurant, bank, petrol station and garage.
