The house is situated in central Dalmatia, by the sea, 5 km from Trogir and 40 km from Split on the peninsula of Ciovo in an attractive bay called Mavarcica.
The access to the sea is in about twenty metres of the house where even the children below age can bathe.

The house contains three apartments for 2, 4 and 5 persons. Apartments for 2 and 4 persons can be combined to form a set for 6 persons. Every apartment has a view on sea and has a parking space for a car.

In approximately 200 metres, by taking a very beautiful road which goes along the sea, is a beach in front of a wood of pine where we can take refuge for a siesta or a picnic.

The house is everything by the sea in a green and flowery bay.

It is never too much warm to Movarcica (it is the name of the bay) thanks to the thermic wind which gets up every day early in the afternoon.

It is an apartment of approximately 100 m ² consisting of two bedroom equipped with simple beds (4 in all), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC, a living-room (equipped with a sofabed for 1) opening on a large terrace with panoramic sight on the sea and equipped of a garden table and chairs.

This apartment is convenient for holidays in Croatia of a couple with two or three kids, or for four young adults.
