The property is on a hillside development of 3 villas and has stunning sea and country views. Outside there is a swimming pool 6 metres by 4 metres, sun terrace with loungers, table & sun umbrella, poolside shower.
Parking area for two small cars.
The villa is north facing toward the sea, so the pool area is in constant sunshine all day. If you prefer shade, however, you will find it on one of the terraces at different times of the day. There is a maid service 3 times per week. Car hire is recommended, but pick up from Heraklion Airport can be arranged at a cost of 120euros return for 4 persons. Taxi's will pick up from villa, charges are:
