Large, fully tiled with bath, over bath shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. Complete with vanity mirror and shaving sockets.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Complete with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils.
Utility Room:
The villa has an external utility room with washing machine and clothes lines.
Living Room:
The light and modern lounge area has 2 leather sofas, TV, DVD player mini Hi-Fi system & a Play Station 2. It opens out onto the patio area. Some CD`s, DVD`s, books and
games are available for guests` use.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included (except beach towels) and are changed weekly.

The villa has off-street parking to the front and to the rear has a large planted garden bordering the patio.
Outdoor furniture is provided including loungers, table and chairs and a stone BBQ.

Coast/Beach
Casa de Verano is a 5 minute drive from the famous sand dunes and Flag Beach, which is popular with water sport enthusiasts and sunbathers alike.
There are numerous idyllic beaches to explore including the lagoons of El Cotillo 10 minutes and the surf at Majanicho 10 minutes.

Golf
There are several golf courses under construction on the island. The Fuerteventura golf club in Caleta de Fuste (45min drive) is open - and held the Spanish Open.

Travel
Correlejo is a 40km drive from the airport which takes you along the scenic coastal road, past the protected sand dunes and turquoise waters. Car hire is recommended to make the most of your holiday and all the island has to offer.

Correlejo has a host of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. As well as local facilities such as banks and shopping centres.
