It is in a small estate of exclusive villas and houses. Most residents are European owners and holiday-makers. The beach is a short stroll away; as are shops and restaurants with everything you could possibly want including KFC etc.
There are shops, restaurants and bars along the promenade for both day and evening entertainment, or just jump in a ?stop and ride? cab, which costs 20 cents and go into Pattaya Centre which is always busy with plenty to do.
