This modern air-conditioned luxury one bedroom apartment sleeps four, and is situated directly overlooking the famous Praia Da Rocha beach.

It has a double granite top kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with a new washing machine, microwave, stainless steel hob, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery etc. including champagne glasses and ice bucket to enjoy sun-downers on the aluminium furniture on the balcony overlooking the beach.

The air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds with a large dressing table and a private varanda also over looking the beach.

All bedding/linen towels etc are included.

The beach is directly in front of the apartment (see photo taken from the apartment veranda). The infamous Casino and night-clubs are in walking distance, and so is the new international marina.

Two private swimming pools are situated on the first floor garden deck, exclusively for residents.

On the ground floor are various restaurants,shops and a supermarket.

Access into the apartment is via video-phone and the secure undercover parking in the basement is accessed only by remote control.
