'Ridgeway House' is a 3-minute drive into the historic township of Russell. The house is located on a ridge that overlooks the Russell, Harbour, Waitangi and the Paihia surrounds.

This house boasts spacious open plan living areas. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, range hood and pantry. It has been designed with indoor outdoor entertainment in mind; the large balcony is a focal point and provides a great place along with atmosphere for your Bay of Islands Holiday.

There are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed; bedroom 2 has a double and bedroom three has a single.

There is a washing machine and dryer. On site parking and off street parking is available.
