This charming two-bedroom apartment, with Cable TV, is in the Musiciens area, close to the Negresco Hotel. The beach and the Promenade des Anglais are 10 minutes walk. The apartment is spacious and the total area is over 80 square meters. There are two double bedrooms and the apartment can sleep up to six people. There?s a large open lounge with two sets of French doors leading onto the terrace, ideal for eating out. There is also a lovely open balcony area to enjoy the sun.

The apartment is on the fifth floor, and, yes, there's an elevator. Two English residents of Nice look after the apartment for us, and are available if needed.

The American kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Large lounge and dining room with TV, DVD, radio and comfortable settee. The other facilities include bed linen, duvets, towels, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, hairdryer, iron and board. UK mains adaptor, cards and games.Sheets and Towels are provided.


The apartment is under 10 minutes walk to the beach and the station. Restaurants, shops and markets are five minutes walk. If you know the Negresco, one of the world?'s most famous hotels, then your walk to the beach takes you past this landmark. The apartment is in the heart of Musiciens, a part of central Nice with street names such as Rossini, Verdi and Mozart. This part of Nice was built in the thirties and the apartment is in one of many art deco buildings sprinkled around this district. The apartment is close to the beautiful Alsace-Lorraine Square, with its statues, wonderful trees and great facilities for kids.

Nice, the city by the sea has the best of all worlds - a mild climate throughout the year and a style all of its own. Around the corner from the apartment is an excellent restaurant, a specialist food market and tea rooms with oh-so tempting chocolates. Those early morning croissants are just two minutes away. There's a children's park a block away and the local Rialto Cinema shows the latest movies - in English, if your French isn't quite what it should be. One of the best ways to see the glory of the Riviera coastline is from the train - the station is under 10 minutes walk away. Go east to Italy - west to Cannes ... sometimes decisions are just so difficult.

Electricity is charged according to the meter. There is comunual central heating provided for part of the year, which is not charged.

Please note the flat may not be suitable for active young children as there are French doors leading to the balconies in the main rooms.
