The house is a detached modern house completed in 2005. It is up a small country road that leads to the village of Tabuas.
The floors are tiled throughout for ease of cleaning and coolness in the heat of the summer. There are ceiling fans in every room. In winter it can get cold in the evening and there is a fireplace with a glass door. A fan pumps the recovered heat from the wood fire and warms the whole house.
the kitchen
The kitchen is small but well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. There are a range of wooden floor and wall cupboards
The bathrooms
The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower above; basin; bidet and toilet. There is a heated towel rail for winter use.
