Located in the prestigious and established area of Guadalmina, this duplex apartment is spacious and newly furnished. Within walking distance of all the facilities that Guadalmina has to offer including the nearby Barceló Hotel, golf courses, supermarket, shops. banks, good eateries.
A 5 minute drive will take you to the millionaire playground that is Puerto Banus, this is the place to be pampered and see the fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. Try the nightlife at a choice of alfesco bars, piano clubs and nightclubs whilst during the day this is a shoppers paradise with several of the worlds renowned fashion houses.
Still within 10 minute walk is the charming town of San Pedro, an unspoilt charming Spanish town, here you will find traditional shops, sidewalk cafes and excellent tapas bars.A short walk down the main promenade takes you to the golden beaches and several chiringuitos (beach bars).
Fashionable Marbella is a 15 minute drive away with its great shopping and restaurants in the narrow streets of the historical Old Town. The beaches are excellent and the promenade stretches for miles where there are many good places to eat and drink.
Other places of interest within easy striking distance include: Estepona, Ronda, Gibraltar, Benahavís, Mijas, and many of "the white villages".
