This villa is identical to the Ambeli Villa, built with the traditional stone of the area.
The interior has exposed wooden beams and with a wonderful contrast of rich terracotta tiles & wooden floors.
The villa has been tastefully furnished with a high regard to detail with antiques, rugs & matching fabrics.
And with the attractive stone fireplace in the centre of the living area gives you the feeling of a welcoming ambience.
Villa Clementina is situated next to the new Villa Valencia, each with their own private swimming pools together with attractive wooden garden & pool furniture. A built barbecue area is situated in the gardens for those relaxing evenings in at your villa.

In the downstairs area there is a large living area with satellite TV with sofa bed. There is a separate kitchen & dining area through a traditional archway, which is fully equipped with all modern appliances.
Downstairs there is a shower & W/C.
Via an external wooden staircase you will find the three bedrooms. One double with an en-suite shower & W/C and two twin bedrooms with a main bathroom.

Miliou Village is set between Polis & Pafos. 10 minute drive to Polis for beaches, local shops and taverns and about a 15-20 minute drive to Pafos.
Local supermarket is about 2 kilometers away and the village has a quaint local coffee shop.
