In former times the house was called the Unicorn House. In Front of the entrance a shield did hang with a painted unicorn. As the people couldn´t read and goods must be brought to the single warehouses they had these shields to tell them where to go.

The 2-Room Apartement is located in the very hard of the old town Lubeck. It is in a listed building which is about 500 year old. A small walk away all the famous points of interest can be reached, as well as restaurants and pubs. The oldtown is famous for having the most pubs on smallest area in Germany. As the old town is located on an island a wonderfull walking way is going around it.

In Front of the street the River Trave in floating. In former time this was the busiest point of the City - The Harbour.
Today sailing and motorboots are passing to go to the holiday resort Travemünde. Quiet places, restaurant, pubs are in front of the anchoring places.
