Villa Location

The villa can be found in a tranquil area between the small towns of Benaguasil and Lliria. It is approximately 20 minutes drive west from Valencia Airport and 30 minutes drive from the heart of Valencia city. Getting there from the airport is easy by car (recommended) using the motorway. You get on the motorway from the airport (CV35 towards Ademuz) and exit at the junction marked Lliria. Before entering Lliria you take a turning, following a road East. Shortly after you then take another road and turning off this leads you to the house. More detailed instructions on how to get to the villa by car, should you make a booking.

Lliria is a busy market town and has a good range of banks, supermarkets and shops.
Benaguasil is a small more compact town and probably the same distance as Lliria from the house.
Both typically Spanish, most shops close during the lunch hour for siesta, opening late afternoon until early evening.

All guests must take in to account that Valencia is a very Spanish city. The local dialect is Valenciano. If you want English bars and English speaking restaurants then this city is not for you. The house is located on a Spanish urbanisation where none of the neighbours (who normally only visit their homes at weekends) speak English. Please bear this in mind before you visit. An English contact is available should you encounter any problems with the house however this is for emergency use only.

The villa is situated at the top of a hill on a small urbanisation approximately x kilometres from Valencia city and about 20 minutes drive from Valencia airport. Reaching the villa is very easy, using a motorway direct from the airport and then via a dirt track from a main road, taking you past onion fields and orange groves. The urbanisation is tucked away from traffic and the villa offers far reaching views. The location is very tranquil and perfect for unwinding away from it all.
As the villa is located in a remote area, a car is essential in getting out and about and making the most of your holiday.

Louis Vuitton Americas Cup 2007 - The villa is ideal for those wishing to take advantage of a relaxing holiday whilst taking part or simply interesting in seeing what the Americas Cup is all about. For more information, take a look at www.americascup.com
