The villa is just three years old and is very well maintained. It is air conditioned and furnished to cater for eight although 9 could be accommodated using the fold up bed. The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom). The other two bedrooms have twin single beds and an extra fold up bed. There is also a main bathroom. All linen, pillows, blankets and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. It has a fridge freezer, washing machine, hob, oven, toaster, electric kettle and microwave oven. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a leather suite. For entertainment there is a large television, DVD and video players and a stereo system with CD, radio and tape player. There is a small selection of video tapes and DVDs along with books and games. Outside there is a swimming pool, outside shower, gas BBQ, patio furniture and sunbeds.

The villa is in a quiet location close (about 150 meters) to a wonderful sandy beach. However, nightlife is not far away as the tourist resort of Pernera is less than 10 minutes walk. There you will find a selection of restaurants, tavernas, shops and hotels offering varied entertainment. The town of Paralimni and Protaras are also very close being a 5 minute drive away. A visit to Fig Tree Bay in Protaras is essential. The beach is beautiful with wonderful golden sand and deep blue sea. Ayia Napa is about a 15 minute drive. The Closest airport is Larnaca with a transfer time of less than 50 minutes.
