The house is located in the southeast of Berlin within area of forests and lakes. The biggest lake of Berlin is only few hundred metres away. However to visit city centre a car is not needed, because public transportation is operating 24 hours daily. The house is perfect to combine visiting centre of Berlin with some outdoor activities (during summer time mainly the lake). During summer time you can swim, rent a boat (sailing boat, motorboat, kayak?.). You can walk along the lakes even during winter time. The motorway is 10 km only away, making excursion in to the beautiful surrounding of Berlin quite easy. The house is located in a less frequently used road and thereby quit quite.

Within walking distance (5 min) there are three different restaurants. A larger number of restaurants you can find within a distance of 7 km. Food shops are even available in walking distance
