Villa I (brant new) - Upper floor (penthouse) : 80 m2 , 1 bedroom , spacious verandas and view (sleeps up to 4).
- Studio (lower level) : 42 m2, kitchenette , adjacent bathroom (sleeps 2)
(Ground floor of villa retained by owner)

Villa II (20 years old) - 80 m2 , 2 bedrooms , 2 adjacent bathrooms , fireplace, all around verandas , barbeque (sleeps up to 5).

Units may be leased together or separately ( studio fits well with Villa II -same ground level).
Minimum stay 1 week. Room service (linen , towel ,cleaning ) twice a week. Access to washing machine and cloth line.
