Our villas are located in the popular Chlorakas tourist area, with many amenities nearby. Chlorakas is a lovely place within Paphos and the design and facilities of the villas will ensure you enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday experience.
Kato Pafos, the main tourist area, is only a ten minute drive from the villa. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is also a ten minute drive. A mini- market is situated 50 meters away, and fine restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away.

On the ground floor is the spacious open plan sitting and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker, dishwasher, freezer and oven.
On the first floor there are two elegant bedrooms, one twin and one double with bathroom and toilet.
From the big verandas, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, you can enjoy a wonderful sunset!
The big pool surrounded by the beautiful gardens is exclusively for you - for swimming, fun and relaxation!

Kato Paphos is the main tourist area of the Paphos region. Plenty to see and do: picturesque harbour, restaurants and nightlife - only a 10 minute drive away. The whole town of Paphos is included in the official UNESCO world heritage list.


The fabulous Coral Bay resort, with its sandy beaches and restaurants, shops, bars and water sports is under a 10 minutes drive away.
Paphos Airport is about 35 minutes drive from the villas and Larnaca airport is about a 2 hour drive.
