Due to its geographic location, Monterado is an excellent starting point for walks, outings and tourist excursions to many beautiful and interesting Marche localities like Senigallia, Urbino, Corinaldo.

Arranged on two levels: on the ground floor is a spacious sitting-dining room with cooking area and bathroom. Upstairs are a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a wardrobe cabin. In the sitting room are a convertible double-bed sofa and a comfortable convertible single-bed armchair.

Apartment Orchidea (Sleep 6)
Ground floor arrangement, consisting of a spacious sitting-dining room with cooking area, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.The sitting room has a convertible double-bed sofa.

Apartment Primula (Sleep 4)
Located on the first floor, it consists of a sitting-dining room with cooking area, double bedroom and bathroom. In the sitting room there is a convertible double-bed sofa.

Apartment Mimosa (Sleep 4)
Located on the first floor, it consists of a spacious sitting-dining room with cooking area, double bedroom and bathroom. In the sitting room there is a convertible double-bed sofa.

Apartment Rosa (Sleep 5)
Located on the second floor, it consists of a spacious sitting-dining room with cooking area, double bedroom, alcove with convertible single-bed armchair and bathroom. In the sitting room there is a convertible double-bed sofa.

Apartment Margherita (Sleep 4)
Located on the second floor, it consists of a spacious sitting-dining room with cooking area, double bedroom and bathroom. In the sitting room there is a convertible double-bed sofa.

NOTE: The gas cost is not included in the winter months.
