This is a large, beautifully appointed detached villa in the heart of Tavira with magnificent views of the Roman Bridge and out to sea along the river. It has 4 beds, 3 baths, partial aircon, pool ~11mx5 (~36ftx16) and is comprehensively equipped.
The owner is away for six months and the villa is available to rent by adults only for minimum periods of two weeks, preferably longer, fom March to September, 2007.
The villa is not suitable for children and is offered for adults only with occupation limited to a max of six adults. A discount of 10% is allowed for a party of four; this discount is in addition to any long stay discount. |

The detached 4-bed, 3-bath villa in Urbanizacao da Asseca in Tavira Town is on a plot of ~1000sqm. Covered area is ~250sqm (2700sqft) excluding garage. Surrounded by marble-tiled terraces, it has uninterrupted views along the river, over the Roman Bridge and out to sea. It has its own 11mx5 (~36ftx16) pool with ample furniture. Private parking is available for several vehicles.
A footpath at the back of the villa allows you to reach the old Roman bridge, generally regarded as the centre point of Tavira, in ~7 minutes.
The lounge is ~7mx7(~22ftx22); with 4 couches, it seats eight comfortably; a bar is also present. Four sliding doors open onto the wraparound terrace.
The spacious kitchen/dining room has three sliding doors opening onto the wrap-around terrace (with barbecue) and offers views to the town, the river and the sea. The bedrooms are good-sized doubles, the master bedroom is air-conditioned and en suite -- the other bedrooms have floor-standing fans. Each bedroom has a sliding door opening onto a (very) small balcony. A large roof terrace with stunning views is accessed from the bedroom level.

The owner's preference is for occupation by a minimum number of guests for the maximum length of time. Discounts apply for longer rentals: 5% for three weeks 10% for four weeks 15% for five weeks 20% for six weeks Max occupancy is is limited to six adults. A discount of 10% applies for four adults. This combines with the long stay discount so that four people staying for four weeks enjoy a 20% discount. |
