"The gardens have changed. At the rear of the house, the mountain has Olive and Eucalyptus trees and the landscaped gardens will have a stream and water wheel keeping the water flowing. The stream will circle a Turkish seating area accessible by a small bridge. The stream will be stocked by a hardy carp noted for eating lava and keeping water clean."

"At the front of the house the pool is now closer to the building. A similar distance to that of Pamuk Tarlasi and of course the essential bar and BBQ area and sun beds and I have requested a WC there also. The pool will be the same size and shape as that of Pamuk Tarlasi which has proved to be very popular. (Including the children's paddling pool)."
