Villa Luna is a semi-detached, modern Villa with two modern apartments (each side one apartment). Situated 800m (15 minutes walk) from the seafront of Orebic town, on the edge of the forest in the shelter of Mount Ilija. It affords peace, great hiking from the doorstep, and convenient access to the beach, islands and unspoiled scenery.
There is a supermarket, bank, local food market, butchers, pharmacy, internet cafes and restaurants in Orebic, 10 minutes walk from the house. Close by is tennis, boule, a scuba diving and boating centre, and terrific windsurfing and kitesurfing. The passenger and car ferries to Korcula are only 800m from Villa

The two modern apartments in Villa are same,lower floor consists of a living room with an open kitchen area, and shower room. A staircase leads to the second floor. Two double bedrooms with balconies and a shower room are on second floor. From balconies is view to island Korcula. There is off-road, private parking behind the house and a patio which has sun until early afternoon, and then provides outdoor shade later. A Croatian BBQ next to the terrace provides an outdoor cooking facility.

The first floor is a separate apartment which has 2 double bedrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen, large bathroom with 2 bathrooms and balcony.

Orebić is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the Pelje?ac Peninsula. The small pretty town and harbour is situated along the Pelje?ac channel on the Southern shore, facing the Old town of Korčula, just 120 km from the city of Dubrovnik. Orebić takes its name from a XVIth century family of sea captains and was primarily built as a defence against the Turks. Famous for its seafaring past, it is known as the "town of sea captains" and many of its old charming Baroque houses and luxuriant exotic gardens still grace the seafront today. Upmarket bistros, bars and gourmet restaurants are dotted along the beautiful promenade which are fringed with lucious palms, citus and olive trees.
