The villa, built by the owners in the early 70's, has been completely renovated in 2006 with a brand new 12X6 metres swimming pool. Villa Mafalda, so called from the owner's wife's name, boasts a fantastic 3000 square metres garden of olive trees and all kind of typical plants with a beautiful view over the valley of Terni and the medieval town of Collescipoli.

The villa consists in three elegantly decorated double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large sitting room and dining room, with 32' LCD TV, DVD player, Stereo, a fully equipped brand new kitchen and an amazing balcony/patio overlooking the valley, where it is possible to dine, relax and enjoy the sound of nature.

The nearness to Rome and to the historical centres of Todi, Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia and the neighbouring Tuscany, allows not only to enjoy the countryside, but also to visit important cultural sites, visited by millions of tourists from all over the world.

The owners are all fluent english speakers.
Starting dates can be changed for those travelling With Ryanair into Perugia or Air One into Fiumicino as these flights arrive on Friday.
