Villa Elia is a secluded brand new villa with a private beach, only minutes walk away, with only very few people visiting, if any. Also Lia beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, is only 3 minutes drive away.

The view is simply fantastic, one of the best on Mykonos, since the whole villa faces the Aegean Sea and has more than 160 degrees viewing angle from the pool area

Villa Elia accommodates up to10 pax maximum right now on three levels: 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor with twin beds that can be connected to King size double beds offering maximum accommodation flexibility. On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a King size double bed and the other is a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with rain showers and furnished in a contemporary/minimal design.

All bedrooms have large verandas and are equipped with T.V. sets ?and DVD players, most of which are LCD flat T.V. screens. On the lower level there are two guest apartments, one of which is occupied by the house cleaner, if required, with twin pullout beds and the other guest apartment consists of one queen size bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Both apartments have their own external entrance and a back door that connects them to the main house.

As you can see from the photos, there is a large living room area with a 42?? flat LCD TV, satellite TV and DVD player. This is literally a brand new property so we do not have any professional photographs yet. Top quality furniture from designer stores decorates this fully equipped and functional villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest Miele inox appliances and Gageneau electric/gas cook tops. Chef service is therefore facilitated significantly. Between the kitchen and the living room there is an indoors dining area. The villa is fully air conditioned.

The outdoor area is formed by a magnificent large asymmetric infinity pool (20m x 6m). Together with the sea and sky, the pool forms ?the three blues? infinity view: pool, sea and sky converging into the horizon. There is a BBQ and dining area with a large marble table, shower to use before and after entering the pool or for refreshment under the sun. Also there is a W.C. near the BBQ and pool area.

On the lower level there is a bar in the basement with a large vacant area that can be used for e.g. dancing. This area connects the guest apartments to the main house and exits through the closed garage that leads out to the stone pavement towards the sea and the plants. Besides the closed garage there is a shaded parking space for 2 cars near the entrance of the house and altogether there is room for at least 5 cars. The land between the property and the sea cannot be built and therefore Villa Elia will always enjoy unlimited sea view access and romantic, spectacular sunsets.
