The apartment is brand new for the 2006 season and is furnished to give a higher than average standard of accommodation. It comprises a lounge/diner, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a separate kitchen. The living area and the bedrooms are fully air conditioned (for which there is a small local charge). The apartment is situated close to the communal swimming pool (with separate childrens paddling pool).

Fitted with a 4-ring hob (3 gas and 1 electric), electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Chilled water dispenser.

Lounge Diner
Dining furniture for 4 persons, leading to the lounge area with 2 sofas, an armchair, a satellite TV (providing BBC, ITV, Channel4 and Sky), and a DVD player.

King size bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps, and hairdryer.

Good sized patio area with table and 4 chairs, commanding a sunny aspect for most of the day.

The British owners residing within a 5 minute drive away, are available to give helpful information on sightseeing, and local amenities and services etc., to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The village of Emba lies west of Paphos, approximately 10 minutes drive from the Old Town with its daily market, and 15 minutes from the historic tourist area of Kato Paphos with its picturesque harbour and fort, sea front restaurants, shops, bars, abundance of
Nightlife. The historic sites of Tombs of the Kings and Roman mosaics are nearby

The sandy beaches of Coral Bay are situated 15 minutes away, and Tsada Golf course is only a 20 minute drive, whilst the airports of Paphos and Larnaca are 25 and 90 minutes to the east of the town respectively.

This is an ideal location to explore this side of the island.

Within a 2-minute walk, the centre of Emba village has a local shop selling virtually everything, a taverna and cafes. A large supermarket is just a 2 minute drive away.
