The villa is accessed either through the main door the entrance courtyard or via the double electronic carport gates. The front door from the landscaped atrium leads into the hall giving access to the kitchen, living/ dining area and the pool for up the "Maka" wood staircase to the sleeping quarters.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a utility area and maids room. There is full time maid service during the day.

A total of three bedrooms on the upper floor, the 2 guest bedrooms, 1 with exotic queen bed and another 2 single beds, share a bathroom. The end of the hallway leads to the master bedroom with king-size bed, overlooking the golf course.
