The villa sits perched on 9 acres and offers cool breezes and panoramic views of Montego Bay. Originally built in 1930 by the editor of The New Yorker magazine, the villa has the amenities of a fine hotel and yet offers affordable luxury, privacy, and close proximity to all tourist activities, nightlife, and the airport.

There are 5 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, a large great room, a TV room, a screened-in dining room, and a full commercial kitchen.

A large, outdoor terrace overlooks all of Montego Bay and the large, private swimming pool and hot tub. There is also a pool house and tennis court on the property as well as tropical gardens with local fruits and orchids.

All guests are greeted with refreshments upon arrival. The staff consists of a housekeeper/cook, maids, a caretaker/gardener, and a property manager who is also a guest concierge. The property manager is a licensed tourist operator who also owns an air conditioned mini van for all ground transportation needs.
