Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a queensize double bed, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, and a balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, and a smaller balcony. Double sofa bed in living room.

Bathroom:
Bath / shower over, WC, handbasin with mirror and light over, large cubboard beneath.

Kitchen:
Oven, hob, extractor, microwave, large fridge / freezer, washing machine, dish washer, kettle, toaster, iron.

Living Room:
Open plan with patio doors leading to private balcony, with outside table and chairs. Dining table with 6 chairs, child highchair is included free of charge. 3 seater leather sofa, leather armchair, coffee table, TV, and DVD.

Cleaning / Linen:
Crisp white bedlinen and towels are included. Property will be cleaned prior to arrival. Any mid-stay clean or linen and towel change can be arranged for a small additional charge. Bring own beach towels.

Large communal pool with childrens paddling area, sun loungers and landscaped gardens. Poolside showers and bathroom facilities are available.

A car is not essential but recommended to explore the surrounding regions. Cars can be hired at the airport or in Kapparis. Bicycle hire is also avaialble.

Local busses and taxis are available for transport at reasonable prices.

Kapparis, a popular but tranquil coastal town with its many excellent restaurants, bars, tavernas, and shops is a 2 minute stroll away.

A 5 minute stroll to the beach will allow you access to many secluded coves with sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Protaras, a lively family holiday resort, with its many water sport facilities and nature reserve is a 5 minute drive down the road.

Ayia Napa is a 10 minute drive away and boasts a large number of attractions and night life.
