The villa has a total area of 2,100 square meters on three levels.
The home is entered on the middle floor with a large entrance balcony leading to the living room on the left hand side and bedroom number one on your right hand. The living area is open plan which leads onto the balcony, dining room or upstairs. The living room seats 8 with full entertainment system and LCD TV. The dining room, which seats 10, is classically furnished with stunning views across the valley.
The stairs at the end of the foyer leads down to the 5 X 18 meter infinity edge swimming pool and entertainment pool bar, surrounded by the tropical mountain views. The pool has lounges and umbrellas and the pool bar has a refrigerator.
The villa employs a full time maid to assist you with additional requirements as well as being serviced daily by the PIPS housekeepers.
The kitchen is fully appointed with oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine maker and microwave and has a separate utility area with washing machine and servants quarters. The large bedroom, number one, is king-size, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi spa bath.
The second and third bedrooms are on the upper level. The bedroom number two with king-size bed, luxury en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi spa bath and private terrace comprise of Sala, small "rooftop" garden with outside chairs to enjoy the sunset views of Andaman sea. The bedroom number three has the sweetest king-size bed, en-suit bathroom design with separate shower stall, toilet and bidet and outside terrace unparalleled views.
The bedroom four is on the lower floor, next to the pool has queen-size bed and it has lovely garden views, en-suit bathroom with separate shower and toilet.
All bedrooms have individually controllable air-conditioning with their own TV and DVD.
The villa has the elegance of Thai décor complimented by classical touches that enhance the ambience of the home. It is a 5 minutes drive to Srininart national park a pristine stretch of white sandy beach on Bang Tao and perfect place for snorkeling and private sun bathing.
