This spectacular and lovely house decorated in a rustic style is set in a beautiful countryside area of Pollensa in a most tranquil location, with far ? reaching mountain and sea views. Upon entering from the rear shaded terrace with dark wood ceiling beams, the comfortable and spacious accommodation has a large living/dining room with a big fireplace in the centre. This opens out to a large shaded terrace also with dark wood cealing beams and magnificient views towards the mountains such as the very well known Serra de Tramontana, Puig de Maria hill and Pollensa bay. From the large lounge/dining area a small archway gives access to the rustic style decor kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. From the kitchen there is also a door that leads to the corridor where part of the bedrooms are, all these have their en-suite bathrooms, (being one of these bathrooms suitable for disabled people). A toilet with washbasin and wc completes the interior of the lower level of the house.

From the lounge/dining a staircase gives acceess to the mezzanine area completely closed with glass pannels where two twin child bedrooms are. This area is completed with the main bedroom, which has fantastic views towards the fields and mountains, as well as two en-suite bathrooms (on each side of the room).

The outside gardens and patio paths leads to the crystal clear and unusual round swimming pool with stone walls and a cascade feature in the middle.

All in all, La Rota den Morell is an ashtonishing villa built to enjoy and relax.

NOTE: The minimum stay in 7 nights. In July and August, only bookings from Saturday to Saturday will be accepted. If you wish to book more than one week during July and August, then you should do two, three or more bookings, depending on the number of weeks that you wish to stay. Thank you very much.
