The villa is situated near the sea front and about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Turgutreis where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops.

The town of Turgutreis is situation at the furthest tip of the historic Bodrum Peninsula and has fantastic sunsets overlooking a horizon of ornamental islands.
The Bodrum Peninsula is small and it is very easy to travel to all the other small towns. For those who are adventurous the area has an excellent bus service called the dolmus. These are new reliable mini buses that offers services to Gumusluk and Bodrum with connections to all other towns often for less than a pound.

There are two terraces on the roof (six sunbeds with cushions and four plastic chairs are provided) and one covered terrace on the Ground Floor , equipped with one table and six chairs with cushions.

The fully air-conditioned accommodation is furnished to a high standard throughout: comfortably furnished lounge and dining area with integral kitchen providing oven/hob, extractor fan,dish washer, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Hot water is provided by solar panel. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi bath with shower attachment.
