This is a charming 3 bedroom house in rural surroundings. The house has a great deal of character with an ensuite bedroom upstairs accessed by an outside staircase with its own private sunbathing terrace. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom and a living room which runs out on to a large terrace through the French windows.

The house has been refurbished in Spring 2007.

We've included every kind of convenience for a relaxed stay - a very private pool surrounded by lemon orchards, daily maid, air conditioning in every room, beach towels, well equiped kitchen, T.V. DVD, washing machine, barbeque and open fire.

We welcome pets - actually you might find chickens 'free ranging' in the orchard uninvited! If they lay eggs there you can eat them! We've also got a resident owl and storks come to visit frequently (beware honeymooners!)

We strongly recomend a hire car, not just because of the rural setting, but also because there is lots to see and do nearby. A 5 minute drive takes you into the heart of Dalyan where there are many restaurants and shops. You'll also find boats on the river to take you to the ancient ruins of Caunos, Turtle Beach or up to the lake.

Alternatively you can drive yourselves down the Dalyan River delta to the 8 kilometre sandy Iztuzu Beach, famous as one of the few Loggerhead Turtle nesting sites and now a conservation area of great beauty.

We can help as much or as little as you want us to. If you want us to organise transfers, car hire, excursions or babysitting we can. If you just want peace and quiet we will stay out of your way!
Our house keeper is happy to cook an evening meal of traditional Turkish food for you if required. We can also help stock up the fridge with beer, water and soft drinks at normal shop rates.
