This house was built in the late of 17th century and was uninhabited after 1956 earthquake until 1994 when we bought it and completely restore it.
It is in a small non touristy village only 5 minutes driving from the capital of the island Fira where you can find restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and lot's of shops.
The nearest beach is 1 mile away with umbrellas sun beds a small fishing marina and a Tavern with local dishes and fresh fish.
Busses are not very frequent and a car rental will be needed.
The house has the sun facing the whole day starting from the spectacular sunrise.
You can sit at the patio have a drink and enjoy the sea view while barbeque a fresh catch mackerel.
