Villa Pink was built in 2001 in a neo-renaissance style according to the design of an architect who occupation was restoring mediaeval fortresses. The villa resembles a ship with a mast and was named after the color of its facade. The villa is surrounded by a lawn with olives, palm trees, lavender, sage and a small stone house with a barbecue.
The interior of the villa has been luxuriously decorated. The lower level of the villa was built entirely out of stone with a stone sink and even a stone shower. The color scheme of the interior walls of the house symbolizes the Mediterranean, the sea, the sky, red soil and clay. There is a large glass wall in the middle of the house, while the stairs that connect each floor are made out of pine wood.
The villa is furnished with old restored furniture from China and has been enriched with many details collected from around the world ? leather chesterfield couches, closets from Indonesia, a French commode from the beginning of the 20th century.

The villa is entered via gates where there is space to park two vehicles. On the ground floor there is a separate studio apartment with en-suite shower room suitable for a couple. Stairs to the first floor open out onto a decked sun terrace and outdoor eating area. Three sets of French doors from the terrace lead into a brightly coloured open plan kitchen diner lounge area furnished with a mixture of Chinese and Italian furniture. A rear door leads out into the hallway where there is the front door, a double bedroom and separate shower room with washing machine. The L-shaped swimming pool features a small sundeck and garden. The second floor features a double bedroom and a shower room with a steam bath. The third floor contains a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a single bedroom both of which have direct access to a large sea-facing terrace.
