This villa is located on a hill overlooking the beautiful Konavle wine region. The villa was constructed over original 400 year old vaults. The villa is only two years old and is of modern design and construction. However, even though the design is modern, the owner kept much of the "old world" charm. The villa has three floors. The bottom is out of the old vaults and houses a wine cellar as well as a game room. The second floor is the main living area and has a large kitchen and living room that is open and comfortable. The formal dining room is also here and is also quite open and extremely comfortable. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with and over stuffed mattress. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and is constructed entirely out of fine Italian tile. There is also a guest room and second bath on this floor. The third floor also has a living room area with a desk and computer area. It is a good place to just go and read. There are three more bedrooms on this floor as well as one and a half baths.

The outside of the villa is just as inviting as the inside. There is a large balcony on the front where guests may sit and watch the sunset or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The back has a private indoor outdoor room and a large bar-b-que area. It is a great place to entertain or just enjoy a family bar-b que. The pool area is sepearte from the house. The pool is constructed of Italian tile and the area around is also of tile. The pool area is a wonderful place to swim, sunbathe or just rest. The entire outside area has many plants and greenery.
