This brand new south facing one bedroom Apartment is situated on the third floor and has breathtaking ocean and pool views from the balcony which leads from the lounge. The view from the bedroom window in the morning and evenings, makes you feel happy as soon as you wake up. The swimming pool, patio and garden areas are all new also and located to the front of the apartment, This area is large with plenty of space to spread out around the large inviting freeform pool and the newly planted garden areas. From here you can sunbathe from dawn till dusk!

The kitchen really is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, for your convenience we also have a washing machine and even better to save arguing over who's turn it is to wash the pots a full size dishwasher.The breakfast table and chairs separates the kitchen from the lounge.

The lounge consists of a very comfortable large 4 seater bed sette , DVD / CD Player and cable TV with BBC1 and 2, ITV and channel 4. There are patio doors leading to the balcony with lovely views over the pool to the ocean, where you will find comfortable seating and table to enjoy a glass of wine or two.

The bedroom consists of a good quality and very comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps and a clock radio, but most of all a view that you are pleased to wake up to. Also provide for your own personal use and privacy is a fully tiled en-suite shower room.

The seperate fully tiled shower room is off the lounge area and is ideal for any guests or children staying with you and lets you keep your privacy.

For high standard accommodation, fantastic sea views, a excellent pool, patio area gardens and central location San Miguel Golf has to be, in our opinion, one of the best value for money complexes in Golf Del Sur .

The pool area at the complex is stunning ? with its large freeform adults pool and separate children's pool it has plenty of space to spread out and not be jammed in next to you neighbour the garden area with neat grass area and newly planted palm trees and bushes with showers and clean toilets finish off the area There are plenty of sunbeds available for your, overall a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun.

Restaurants, bars and shops, whether you turn left or right outside the front door there are a number of nice quiet family bars and restaurants only 2 minutes walk away, Over the road from the complex and down a short path is a well stocked supermarket and the Wild Geese Irish bar showing all the major sporting events by day and some really good live entertainment at night. From here and only another minute away is the sea front promenade and marina where there are some really nice Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and English style restaurants and bars.
Behind the apartments and only two minutes walk away are more shops, bars and resturants. A further pleasant 10 minute coastal stroll of about half a mile, will bring you to the picturesque resort centre San Blas, which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a chemist.
