Luxury 2 bedroom apartment on Ulusoy Complex in Alanya. The apartment is approx 10 minute walk from the beach. There are restaurants, bars and shops all within a few minutes walking distance of the complex. There is also a new shopping mall (Alanyum) which opened in late summer 2006 within 10 minute walking distance of this apartment. The complex on which the apartment is located is a single apartment block with large communal swimming pool and gardens. Sun beds, parasols are provided around the swimming pool terraced area. Access to the apartments is via steel entrance doors with an intercom system linked to each individual apartment. A caretaker and security guard are on duty at the complex. The complex is ideal if you are hiring a car as the main dual carriageways and motorways are within a few minutes drive. The local bus service is also convenient to the apartments.

This is a luxury 2 bedroom apartment which has been furnished to a very high standard and is ideal for a luxury affordable self catering holiday for families or couples. The apartment is located on the ground floor.This apartment is suitable for the elderly or disabled. The apartment can sleep 6 people comfortably.
The apartment has a spacious lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has 3 piece suite (sofa converts into a double bed). coffee table, tv and digital satellite box. 6 people can sit comfortably in the lounge and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for a luxury self catering holiday. Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. All crockery, cutlery, tableware and glassware are provided for 6 people. A washing machine and iron + ironing board, are also provided. The master bedroom has en suite facilities (shower, vanity sink unit and w.c.). The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed. A bank of wardrobes are located in this room with a copious amount of hanging and drawer space provided.
Bedroom 2 is very spacious and has twin single beds, wardrobe and drawer space are plentiful in this room.
There is a further bathroom with shower, vanity sink unit and w.c.
There are terraces located outside lounge and bedroom of apartment and furniture is provided in these areas. These are ideal on a hot summer day to relax and enjoy wining and dining.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and has marble floors throughout.
All linen and towels are supplied. Please do not remove these towels from the apartment. These towels are not supplied for use around the pool area or at the beach. Beach towels can be hired from our property manager, please enquire about this service at time of booking
A welcome pack is provided for clients on arrival this will include: Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Water, Bread, Eggs and butter. If you wish for the fridge to be stocked for your arrival this can be done at a cost to yourself.
A cleaning service is provided after 7 days occupancy this service is as follows all linen and towels will be changed, beds made, bathrooms cleaned and kitchen tidied. If you require a more frequent maid service this can be provided at a cost to yourself.
The owner has spent a lot of time and money to ensure that this apartment is of a luxury standard. We would therefore appreciate if clients abide by the few stipulations that we ask whilst renting this apartment.
1. We do not allow smoking in this apartment. Clients can smoke on the terraces or outside areas. Please respect this request as this is also the owners holiday home and our non smoking clients may find it offensive.
2. Please do not remove towels or glasses from the apartment. Beach towels can be hired from our property manager, please enquire at time of booking. Glasses can be dangerous around the pool area.
3. Electricity is paid separately and is charged at 25 euro cents per unit. Our property manager or one of our staff will meet clients on arrival and the meter reading will be signed by both parties, on the last day of vacation the meter will be read again and both parties will agree with amount of electricity which has been consumed. You will then be liable to pay for this consumption via our property manager. If the monies are not paid at this time it will be deducted from your security deposit.
4. An inventory will be signed by the client and property manager on arrival.
5. Any damages must be paid for via our property manager or they will be deducted from the security deposit.

If Alanya is a place you have not previously visited you will be pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views, cleanliness of the town and the friendliness of the people. Wherever you may be standing in Alanya you will have either sea or mountain views. Alanya has miles of golden beaches and beautiful turquoise sea. Should you be looking for a sight seeing holiday there are many historical/cultural sites in and around Alanya, please visit Tourist info website for details. There are beautiful waterfalls, caves and grottos to visit. Alanya holds many sporting tournaments throughout the year, details can be found at Tourist info offices or websites. The castle in Alanya has stood for more than 2000 years and is well worth visiting a panoramic view of Alanya can be viewed from this area. Ideal for video footage or holiday snaps. The harbour area is very popular with tourists you can dine in one of the many fine restaurants, have a relaxing drink in any of the bars or dance the night away in one of the nightclubs. You can book boat trips, go sailing, fishing and many other water activities from the harbour and beach areas. There is also a lovely marina where you can book yacht trips etc. There are many Turkish bath establishments where you can have a very relaxing time, massage, etc. Visit the Red Tower and dine in the top class Red Tower restaurant where spectacular views of Alanya can be seen. The Dim Cayi river picnic area is about 5 min drive from the complex, there is a lovely picnic area, floating raft restaurant and aquapark located here. The scenery in this area is beautiful. A delightful way to spend the day is a trip to the mountains where you will be able to dine in one of the original Turkish restaurants which are located there. Shopping is plentiful in Alanya with many bargains to be found, jewellery, carpets, clothing, leather wear, spices, original Turkish delight. There are many local markets which are held on different days in Alanya. Grab yourself some great bargains and enjoy the hustle and bustle. Fresh vegetables and fruit can be found at the local market. These are delicious and at prices you would not believe. If you would like to play golf it is approx a 1 hour drive from Alanya to Belek there are 6 courses to choose from (4 of these are championship courses).
