Luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom semi detached villa in Karcijak approx 15 min drive from Alanya. The villa is situated in a very quiet spot. This villa is ideal for clients who wish to rent a villa in a secluded quiet resort. The beach is approx 10 min walk from the villa. A car is essential when renting this villa as it is positioned on a mountainside. Karcijak is a quiet area not as populated as Alanya or in the hustle bustle of tourist spots. It is a short drive to the nearby resort of Mahmutlar where there are many restaurants and bars. The villa has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. A communal pool is located at the rear of the villa. Gold City resort is located nearby and this resort has many facilities. An Irish bar has recently opened at Gold city and can be used by non residents of the complex.

A lovely open plan lounge/dining area and modern fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has 3 piece suite, coffee table, tv, satellite box. The lounge can seat 6 people comfortably. The dining area has table and chairs. The kitchen has been fitted to a very high standard with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances adding to the luxury. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, aspirator, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. All tableware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils are supplied.
A bathroom is located on the ground floor with shower cubicle. vanity sink unit with lighting and shaver point and w.c. the bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling.
On the first floor 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located.
Bedroom 1 has double bed and is furnished to a very high standard. There is plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
Bedroom 2 has twin single beds and is also furnished to a very high standard. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space are provided in this room.
The second bathroom has shower cubicle, vanity sink unit with lighting and shaver point and w.c.

The owner has spent a great deal of time and money to ensure that this property is of a luxury standard. The soft furnishing and decoration add to the luxury of this villa.
A balcony is also located on this floor and access is via patio doors. Stunning views of the sea and mountains can be seen from this balcony.
The exterior of the property is surrounded by a wall which gives privacy to residents, a lovely landscaped garden with barbecue area is located at the front of the villa.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has marble floors throughout.
All linen and towels are provided.
A cleaning service is provided after 7 days occupancy, this service includes change of all linen and towels, bathrooms cleaned and kitchen area tidied. A more frequent maid service can be supplied, the cost of this service will be paid by the client. The owner has spent a lot of time and money to ensure that this villa is of a luxury standard. We would therefore appreciate if clients abide by the few stipulations that we ask whilst renting this villa.
1. We do not allow smoking in this villa. Clients can smoke on the terraces or outside areas. Please respect this request as this is also the owners holiday home and our non smoking clients may find it offensive.
2. Please do not remove towels or glasses from the villa. Beach towels can be hired from our property manager, please enquire at time of booking. Glasses can be dangerous around the pool area.
3. Electricity is paid separately and is charged at 25 euro cents per unit. Our property manager or one of our staff will meet clients on arrival and the meter reading will be signed by both parties, on the last day of vacation the meter will be read again and both parties will agree with amount of electricity which has been consumed. You will then be liable to pay for this consumption via our property manager. If the monies are not paid at this time it will be deducted from your security deposit.
4. An inventory will be signed by the client and property manager on arrival.
5. Any damages must be paid for via our property manager or they will be deducted from the security deposit.

If Alanya is a place you have not previously visited you will be pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views, cleanliness of the town and the friendliness of the people. Wherever you may be standing in Alanya you will have either sea or mountain views. Alanya has miles of golden beaches and beautiful turquoise sea. There are beautiful waterfalls, caves and grottos to visit. Alanya holds many sporting tournaments throughout the year, details can be found at Tourist info offices or websites. The castle in Alanya has stood for more than 2000 years and is well worth visiting a panoramic view of Alanya can be viewed from this area. Ideal for video footage or holiday snaps. The harbour area is very popular with tourists you can dine in one of the many fine restaurants, have a relaxing drink in any of the bars or dance the night away in one of the nightclubs. You can book boat trips, go sailing, fishing and many other water activities from the harbour and beach areas. There is also a lovely marina where you can book yacht trips etc. There are many Turkish bath establishments where you can have a very relaxing time, massage, etc. Visit the Red Tower and dine in the top class Red Tower restaurant where spectacular views of Alanya can be seen. The Dim Cayi river picnic area is about 5 min drive from the complex, there is a lovely picnic area, floating raft restaurant and aquapark located here. The scenery in this area is beautiful. A delightful way to spend the day is a trip to the mountains where you will be able to dine in one of the original Turkish restaurants which are located there. Shopping is plentiful in Alanya with many bargains to be found, jewellery, carpets, clothing, leather wear, spices, original Turkish delight. There are many local markets which are held on different days in Alanya. Grab yourself some great bargains and enjoy the hustle and bustle. Fresh vegetables and fruit can be found at the local market. These are delicious and at prices you would not believe. If you would like to play golf it is approx a 1 hour drive from Alanya to Belek there are 6 courses to choose from (4 of these are championship courses).

The villa would be suitable for the elderly if they have no physical health problems. It is not suitable for disabled as the bedrooms are located upstairs, it is also a steep climb from the road to villa.
