Our luxury, spacious villa with nearly 2000 sq ft of air conditioned living space was extensively refurbished throughout in May 2005 to provide us with a holiday home to accommodate 8 persons plus an infant. The villa is most tastefully furnished, the bedrooms benefit from fitted carpets, the large front lounge has a new laminate floor, there are ceramic floor tiles in all other areas and it is immacuately maintained by the owners and our local management agent.
POOL AREA
There is an extended sunny pool deck area which is fully screened and includes a crystal clear swimming pool which looks out onto open grasslandto the rear of the villa. There is luxury patio furniture for all guests and pool heating is available if required. All windows and doors accessing the pool are alarmed for child safety.
FAMILY ROOM
This is a spacious comfortable living area to the rear of the villa with patio doors opening onto the pool area. There is a 32" TV, DVD player/VCR and a CD mini system.
KITCHEN
To the centre of the villa there is a fully fitted kitchen containing all appliances and a comprehensive range of crockery, glasses and utensils. Off the kitchen there is a separate laundry room with washing and ironing facilities. All linen and towels,including pool towels, are provided.
BREAKFAST NOOK
Is adjacent to the kitchen bar and is a pleasant eating area with a round glass top table and 4 chairs plus 2 bar stools.
DINING AREA
This is towards the centre of the villa, has easy access to the kitchen and has a table with 6 chairs plus an infant highchair.
LARGE LOUNGE
At the front of the villa there is a large lounge with 2 comfortable settees providing extra space for guests wanting a quiet moment to read or relax.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master suite overlooks the pool area, has an american size king bed, large dressing table, cable TV and a clock radio. There is a remote controlled ceiling fan for your extra comfort. The spacious en-suite bathroom includes twin wash basins and a corner bath. There is a large shower cubicle and a separate enclosed toilet. A hair dryer is provided. A babies cot and bedding is stored in the walk-in closet which is accessible from this bathroom.
DOUBLE BEDROOM
This contains an Amereican size queen bed and a large built-in wardrobe, also a dressing table with stool and plenty of drawer space.
BEDROOM 3
This has twin beds, a built-in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space.
BEDROOM 4
This bedroom also has twin beds, built-in wardrobe and ample drawer space. There is a 20" TV with Playstation 2 and a selection of games.
SECOND BATHROOM
This is positioned between the twin bedrooms and is fitted with a vanity unit, toilet and bath with a screened shower above. A hair dryer is provided.
GAMES ROOM
This is located in the double garage where we have provided a full size American pool table, Foosball table, electronic dart board and 2 sets of golf clubs(RH). There are fans in this room to keep you cool in the hot summer days. |
Manors South at Westridge is off Highway US 27 nearly 3 miles south of the western end of Highway 192 and is one of a pair of gated communities, the other being Manors North. A few minutes walk from our home, on Manors complex, is a community clubhouse with free WiFi internet access, small fitness gym and a large swimming pool all for the exclusive use by guests and residents of the Manors. Other sports facilities are provided on Westridge.
Approximately 1 mile north on US 27 is the local shopping plaza 'Berry Town Centre' with a Publix supermarket and other shops. Walmart superstore is a couple of miles further North.
Of the many golf couses in the area the nearest is Higthlands Reserve par 72 which is a few minutes drive. Tee times can be booked by phone.
Highway US 27 provides convenient access to Interstate 4 allowing direct routes to the theme parks and major shopping malls within 15 to 30 minutes drive. In addition both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are easily reachable along the I4 in approximately 90 minutes drive.
