Villa is located right in the middle of the town giving it the perfect advantage - it is within walking distance from many restaurants, local food shop and 5 minutes walk away from the beach.
Villa is very private and is fenced from all sides but once inside you will enjoy perfect views from numerous terraces. A swimming pool is ready only for your use.

1 owners apartment with huge fully equiped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large sea facing terrace
5 rooms designed as studios - all with double or twin beds, ensuite facilities, sofa bed and sitting area, small kitchenette to ensure privacy if needed
2 one bedroom apartments - seperate living area with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom (this two apartments are by the pool)

There is quite a few areas around the house where your party can relax and enjoy. Property features:
