The 24m2 chalet is set in a small, private development on the side of the Chamonix valley. The compact, yet light and airy living area has 2 sofa beds, dining table and chairs to seat 4 and a small, but well equipped corner kitchen. SKY TV, small stereo and TV are provided for the odd rainy day. In addition there is one double bed, batroom with bath/shower and separate toilet. A private garden offers spectacular views over the mountains in all directions and their is on site parking.

This world famous mountain region offers hundreds of marked trails for walking, climbing and mountain biking, from gentle vally bottom walks to the steepest alpine ascents. Several lifts however can whisk you to the peaks including the world famous Aiguille du Midi cable for car brings the high mountain experience to all.

Chamonix sports centre offers swimming, gym, climbing wall and ice rink. The 18 hole golf course has the best views in France!

For the kids the summer luge and high rope adventures are not to be missed.

Only 1 hour by motorway from Geneva aiport the road access is excellent. Both Switzerland and Italy are within 1/2 hour drive, so this location truly is in the centre of Europe. Free local trains and busses operate in high season, and there are International rail links.
