Heviz is a small town which is geared towards well-being and thermal baths, beauty salons, dentists, etc abound.

The apartment is just on the edge of town and is 10 minutes walk from the Thermal Lake which is the main attraction. The town centre and dentist are also a short 10 minute walk through a park. The thermal spa is an open air lake fed by underground hot water springs and is at body temperature year round. People go to Heviz from all around the world for the healing powers of the heated mineral waters in all seasons. It really is a very enjoyable experience to float in the lake.

The flat was specifically purchased to give UK visitors the option of staying close to the centre of Heviz, whilst at the same time being in a quiet area with local amenities.

If the weather is inclement you can also spend the day using the Spa/Exercise facilities at a nearby 4 star hotel (3 minutes walk) for approx £9.
